I’m going to let my endorphins out today! I’m going to go out and have fun today! You should too! Not necessarily with me lol, but go out and let loose today, have some fun playing. 🙂

Sometimes in life you just have to seize the moment; you have to make life happen. Don’t just TAKE what life gives you, but MAKE what life gives you.

Plan an outing, go to a movie, get outdoors, go to the beach, go to a pool, go to the river, go hiking, find a nice country walk to go on. Take your dog, take your kids, take your best friend. If your friends are busy, then convince them to do the same and go out and have fun with you today. It’s hilarious how infectious this kind of attitude can be! 🙂

At the end of the day your goals should be to smile, laugh, indulge a bit in your senses and get those endorphins flowing! Have fun and release today, go on and do it; you can’t run your motor 24/7 so give your heart and mind a rest today and let it recharge with laughter and silliness. Call it a mental health and/or physical health day. 🙂

I’m going to clean my truck up, take a drive with my family and dog and find a nice spot to feel the grass under my feet. There is no better feeling for me than grass between my toes and a nice, cool breeze. I might ring up a few friends and see if they want to have coffee and possibly a late lunch somewhere outdoorsy. 🙂

Ok, get going now! Scoot! Skedaddle! Embrace the day, embrace yourself, relax and have fun! I want to see silly, cheesy grins out there. 🙂

go out and have fun today!
