Why Manifestation is Just Not Enough!

The Law of Attraction is a funny thing! On the one hand it allows human beings to be in a position where our thoughts create our reality, on the other hand it doesn’t always work out as we might ‘imagine.’ The Law of Attraction, at its most basic level, ‘attracts’ what we are thinking and feeling to us; however, that doesn’t necessarily imply POSSESSION.

You can picture $50,000 in your mind, feel that amount making you happy and reinforce that particular vision with a vision board or with a mind movie or any other technique commonly practiced only to have it either (1) not show up at all; or (2) not show up how you wanted it. This, I believe, is the source of many peoples’ frustration with the law of attraction! They attempt to ask and seemingly do not receive! “Where is that $xxx (£xxx; €xxx)? If I asked, shouldn’t it manifest for me?”

Well it sure should! Negative thoughts might contribute to a lack of manifestation; however, what if it DID manifest but we didn’t actually notice it or it did manifest but just not how we wanted it to (points 1 and 2 above)? We focus our attractive thoughts and emotions to manifest something that we EXPECT to POSSESS, when in reality the Law of Attraction often ‘attracts’ it into our field of vision, therefore it is legally MANIFESTED. However, just because something is MANIFESTED, does not necessarily mean we get to possess it; that 1/10^th of the law manifested it, 9/10ths kept it from our POSSESSION. It’s a strange phenomenon indeed! It can be disconcerting because our expectations as human beings might not be in line with what the Law allows. It also implies that we are not utilizing 100% of our law of attraction potential!

Three weeks ago I spent time visioning a certain dollar amount, let’s just call it $xxx. I focused on it, felt it and spent the next few days trying to observe its return in manifested form. My Money eMotion was adventure. To be clear, my intent was to posses $xxx. Two days later, out of the blue, my wife suggested we go look at cars as my car was 13 years old and ready to retire, I loved that old car though! I kept it in pristine condition. Well, we made our way out to look at a make and model I had in mind only to find that when I sat in the car it was not very roomy and the design was very off-putting to me. I was in good spirits as we had eaten lunch and the whole day seemed like an adventure, my Money eMotion!

As we walked away from the car I had in mind we saw this truck which was a dream of mine to own. I sat in it and it felt amazing! Oh boy I was like a kid in a candy store LOL. The sticker price wasn’t that bad either, but I thought “there’s no way!” When we walked into the showroom floor there was the same model truck I had sat in outside, but a version which was exactly how I would have wanted!!! Oh, my, goodness!!! Long story short (there’s a lot more freaky LOA bits of this story actually) I ended up buying that very same car a week later! I would have bought it on the spot but I was denying it as a manifestation.

Here’s the MANIFESTATION and POSSESSION part. The final price we negotiated was a few dollars shy of the $xxx price I had put out for attraction!!! I was both happy and dismayed at the same time because I wanted to POSSESS $xxx not SPEND $xxx. I am blessed with a beautiful new truck but I had to spend the amount I was intending to possess, which really threw me for a loopty loop. The Law of Attraction MANIFESTED $xxx for me, not in cash form, but in the form of a physical object that I am very blessed to possess.

The lesson here is that what you intend to manifest via the law of attraction often (1) does not show up at all; or (2) not show up how you wanted it. While this seems like random motion it is not, the Universe knows where to fill in the gaps in our life and how to bring things into our field of vision that we may eventually possess them. The key is to observe and feel the call to inspired action. There is more, an underlying technique to unlock the other 9/10ths of the Law of Attraction!

In the case of (1) we are not observing at all and need to learn how to observe. In the case of (2) we need to be more open to observation and learn to trust inspired action – I learned a HUGE lesson here. There is also a (3), which is to use the law of attraction to MANIFEST TO POSSESSION! This is the untapped, highest level of attraction, I believe. Start practicing how you vision what you would like and observing how it manifests into your reality! Control your thoughts and emotions and focus on what you would like to manifest, then, over the next few days observe instances of what you are asking (ordering, intending, creating, etc.) appear in front of you.
